CONTROLLING CHAOS, LLC provides mental health education, organizational consulting, and grief counseling services to individuals and organizations throughout the country. Areas of focus include workplace violence, traumatology, suicidology, grief and loss, and compassion fatigue.

DR. AMY HELFRITZ is the founder and CEO of Controlling Chaos, LLC. Her doctorate is in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Leadership, specializing in Criminology and Justice Studies, and her master's degree is in Education.
She is a Certified Grief Counselor and Field Traumatologist, and is trained in Mental Health First Aid. Dr. Helfritz is also a Certified Grief Support Group Specialist, as well as a Certified Compassion Fatigue Therapist and Educator through GCAT. She is a member of the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology (GCAT).
